Responsibilities
•   Classroom Assistance and instructional Support: Work directly 1:1 or in a group setting with students to support and guide them in the classroom
•   Student Assistance: Providing support to students with special needs, whether it's physical, emotional, or learning-based. This can include offering individualized attention, facilitating communication, or implementing specific educational plans.
•   Collaboration with Teachers
•   Behavioral Support: Supporting students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.

Qualifications
•    Experience working with children in the school setting preferred
•    High School Diploma
•    PEL or Paraprofessional Certification in hand or willing to obtain
•    Ability to pass background check and drug screen
